Hasen Global is a construction and engineering firm specializing in design-build project delivery, secure facility construction, program and construction management, and international capabilities. We serve federal, state, and municipal clients, with particular expertise in Department of Defense and Department of State projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Comal County, Texas, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice describing the nature and basis of the claim.

10.2 Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Comal County, Texas.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hasen Global regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
